Kyle MacKenzie vs. Tim Stafford | Road to Grudge Match

– [Tim] Look who it is! – Look who decided to show up! – Mr. Versatility! – Here we go! – You did new school
the whole (bleep) time! – [Tim] No I didn’t, I was– – Dude you dropped the
ball on New School day! You brought trad here, that was it. – Ooh. – He’s full of fire, I’m telling you. (upbeat rock music) – Here’s a young kid with a lot of ego, is my first impression of Kyle. (chuckles) And it hasn’t changed one bit. – Christian and his team
came after me so often because they were threatened by me. I’ve shown that I am versatile. I showed that I can do clean lines. I think he’s trying to get rid of me as soon as he can to
protect his own teammates. Traditional black and
gray Japanese temple with cherry blossoms and a bridge on my ribs. – That sucks. – I already know they’re
gonna give that to me. – Team Christian always targeted Kyle, because his tattoos were so bold, so solid, and so fundamentally sound that he did win quite a bit. – [Host] The judges have decided the best tattoo of the day goes to Kyle. – Great skull pickin’. You guys were at it like two wild animals. I lived with these guys
so I saw it first hand. – I just felt like, yeah
he can do clean tattoos, but you gotta bring something
unique, something special, have some (bleep) artistic ability man. – For Tim to question my
versatility is just bullshit because I’ve shown versatile
tattooing since the first week. – [Tim] Mine definitely has a galaxy! Actually the smoothest
galaxy in the house! – Bull(bleep). – Are you (bleep) kiddin’ me?!
– Bull(beep). – Mr.(bleep)traditional skull outline. – What is the challenge Tim? Is it traditional, is it new school? It’s doing a (bleep) galaxy, you idiot! – All I’m saying is, you’re not really showing
much versatility bro! I think Kyle got very
upset when I questioned his versatility because he knew I was right. I think he was having a hard
time standing on his two legs knowing that he didn’t know much else. – You do (bleep) new school every week! – I’m one of the best composers in this (bleep) house. I’m like mother(bleep) Mozart, bitch! – You’re an idiot dude. You walk around like your
(bleep) doesn’t stink! – It don’t! I think Kyle was questioning
my galaxy tattoo because I felt by going after the size of
my galaxy was a way to like overshadow the fact that
he failed the challenge. – You said you were gonna
school me on (bleep) line work and look at how many
busted lines are up there. You had six hours and
that’s what you produced? Don’t school me. – He knows he didn’t hit the challenge with the galaxy tattoo. Whereas I did. The challenge was not only galaxy, but it was also integration. Whereas Tim just kind of threw
a galaxy in the mouth of the dinosaur and it just looked really stiff. It didn’t really transition
well into the rest of the tattoo Especially the tongue, because the tongue is just kind of, is really stiff and
then it’s boom, galaxy. – You talk so much bull (bleep). – All day, every day. – My biggest issue that I have with Kyle is the fact that he prides hisself on being very versatile, but yet when you put him to the test he doesn’t show much versatility. The fact that the judges
actually gave you this challenge is the exact same reason
why I brought you here in the first place. – I do different shit
all day every day, man, I’m a street shop tattooer. – Show us the versatility
that you say you have at home. The second you do that, I shut my mouth. (intense music)
